Subscription 'How To's

Accessing your portal

While logged in, click on the Account button. Once inside, click the View and edit subscriptions button to see your active plans.

Change your Next Delivery Date

1. Click into your subscription.
2. On the right-hand side of the screen you will see Next Delivery Date — click Change beside that.
3. Select your new date and delivery timeslot from the calendar that populates.

Skip an Order

1. From within your subscription, you will see when your next payment is due to be processed just above your products. Here you can click Too early, let's skip?
2. Alternatively, the option to skip your next order is also available on the bottom right-hand side, just under your payment mode.
3. Skipping an order ensures the next order is skipped but the delivery frequency remains the same.

Change Frequency

1. Look for the Subscription Frequency button on the right-hand side in your subscription details.
2. Click this button and change your frequency. If you require a frequency greater than every 4 weeks, please contact us to arrange.

Adding Products

1. From within your subscription (just above where your current products are showing) you will see Edit your upcoming orders.
2. Click on this and you can browse the catalogue or search directly using the search toolbar.
3. Once you have found the product, you can either buy once (added to your next order only) or Add to subscription (added to your ongoing subscription order).

Removing Products

1. Scroll to the list of items in the subscription.
2. Click the minus (–) button on the quantity of your product to reduce or remove it.
3. Please note that if you are changing products, add the new product before removing the old one — the platform will not allow you to have an empty cart.

Need an Order Sooner?

1. Click Need an order now?
2. This will create an instant payment.
3. Your order will be delivered on the next available delivery day (bearing in mind the usual order cutoffs below).
