How do I earn points?
Every dollar you spend earns 1 point. Upload your dog or cat to the wall of fame to earn 200 points when approved. Birthday bonuses (+500 per pet per year), referrals, and social follows (+150 each) all earn extra points.
How do I redeem points?
Hit a tier (250, 500 or 1000 points) and tap Redeem. You'll get a discount code applied to your next order. 250 pts = $5 off, 500 pts = $10 off, 1000 pts = $25 off.
Do points expire?
Points are valid as long as your account is active. Sit on them, stack them, no rush.
Can I get cash back instead?
No cash back. Points are for store credit on future orders only.
What if I return an order?
If an order is refunded, the points earned on that order are reversed automatically.
Why do you ask about my dogs and cats?
So we can tailor your bowls (size, life stage, activity), send birthday bonuses on the right day, and complement your dog or cat's diet correctly. Your info stays private to ardam.
What are free gifts?
