At Ardam, we treat your dog's dinner with the same respect we give our own. Because our raw food is fresh and perishable, we have a clear set of rules to ensure food safety and logistics stay at the highest standard for the whole pack.

1 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • The Four-Hour Window: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 4 hours of placement, provided processing hasn't started.
  • The Admin Fee: Any cancellation requested after the 4-hour mark incurs a 15% administrative fee to cover handling and processing.
  • The Credit Incentive: If you choose to accept store credit instead of a refund, this fee is reduced to just 5%.
  • The Point of No Return: Once an order is processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to its perishable nature.

2 RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • No Returns: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on raw food once it has left our facility.
  • Eligibility for Refund: We will consider refunds only if an item was incorrectly supplied or if a delivery delay was deemed unreasonable and beyond our control.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once the food is on its way.

3 REPORTING ISSUES (THE 3-DAY RULE)

If there's a problem with your delivery, we need to know quickly to make it right:

  • Timeframe: Report missing items or transit issues within 3 days of delivery.
  • Evidence: Email team@ardam.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Damaged/Spoiled Goods: For quality concerns, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Valid claims will be offered a replacement or store credit.

4 SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

  • Total Control: You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Processed Orders: If a subscription order has already been billed and processed, the standard 15% admin fee applies to any cancellation made after 4 hours.
