At Ardam, we deliver 100% Australian raw pet food fresh to your door. Every order is carefully packed in a freezer-grade box with ice packs and thermal insulation to keep your pet's food cold from our facility all the way to your doorstep.

- Buy any 3 Frozen Complete Mixes and receive free metro shipping regardless of order total
- Shipping costs for orders under $135 are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Order Cut-Off Times
Orders must be placed before the cut-off time for your selected delivery day. Cut-off times are shown at checkout. Late orders will be automatically scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Packaging
All orders are packed in insulated, freezer-grade boxes with ice packs. You will receive one complimentary ice pack per box with every order. Additional ice packs can be added at checkout for a small fee.
Delivery Instructions
If you will not be home at the time of delivery, you can leave delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. leave at front door, leave in shade). Ardam is not responsible for product quality if delivery instructions result in the order being left unattended for an extended period.
Click & Collect (Pickup)
Pickup is available by appointment only from our head office in Baulkham Hills, NSW. To arrange a pickup, contact us at team@ardam.com.au before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived on your expected delivery day, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery at team@ardam.com.au. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
